Nel secondo semestre del 2024, Roma ha continuato a espandersi nel settore alberghiero, attirando un costante afflusso di investimenti in strutture di fascia medio-alta e di lusso. La Capitale ha confermato il trend avviato a inizio anno, registrando un incremento dell’occupancy

nettamente superiore alla media nazionale e un deciso aumento delle tariffe degli hotel a 4 stelle, in particolare nei mesi estivi. A maggio si è raggiunta una media di 202,89 euro, seguita da giugno con 185,45 euro.
